At Bizdorks Design Studio, every project is approached with care, strategy, and a commitment to delivering results that drive sales and strengthen your brand. Because our services are custom-tailored to each client, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of creative work.
Once a project begins, all sales are final. Your payment secures your place in my schedule and covers the time, resources, and creative planning invested from day one.
Before work begins: If you cancel before I’ve started, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
After work begins: No refunds are provided, as time, strategy, and design work will already be underway.
You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Missed deadlines caused by client delays do not qualify for a refund or credit.
If you need to pause a project:
I can hold it for up to 30 days with no penalty.
After 30 days, the project may be archived, and a restart fee may apply to bring it back into the schedule.
Web design work begins well before you see the first mockup — research, strategy, wireframing, and creative development are time-intensive and unique to your business. These services can’t be resold or repurposed for another client, which is why refunds aren’t possible once the process is underway.
